I hate Republicans as much as the next guy, but there is one GOP candidate that I wouldn’t mind seeing elected (did I just say that?). And, his foreign policy logic beats any Democrat presidential candidate thus far. I almost feel like a traitor saying that because I am not clear on his domestic policy, yet. Anyway, Ron Paul is making sense and it is good to have him on stage with the other neocon idiots because he brings up great points and is truly against the current administration.

I don’t think you fully understand the dems foreign policy plans to make the assertation that “his foreign policy logic beats any Democrat presidential candidate thus far”. Keep in mind both Obama and Clinton voted for exit dates with no strings yesterday (of course the senate will block them).
I agree that this guy is the first Republican to speak about terrorism and the war in iraq using logic as opposed to fear, but he was a libertarian and I garuntee his economic policy would move us closer and closer to serfdom. FREE MARKET, FREE MARKET! There’s a balance for free market vs gov control and we’re way too far on the free market side already. Unless he’s a big anti-corporate libertarian (they exist but they are few) and feels like we need to bust up giant corporate assholes because they’re destroying our economy, he’s probably as bad a the neo-cons on the economy.
I’ve listened to Clinton and Obama’s views on Iraq and foreign policy entanglements and they still haven’t expressed what Paul managed to do at the debate.
I especially liked when he talked about blow-back during the debate… And that audience was f-d. They were bloodlusting… the biggest applauses were in favor of torture–it was sick. I was ashamed.
