gonzo_bush.jpgAnyone else get the feeling that every time someone is asked/forced/chooses to leave this administration that it’s only done as a gesture to give the appearance of accountability. How many people can be corrupt in an administration before it’s determined that the administration is corrupt?

I’ve always hated Gonzales (especially his attitude towards “interrogation”) but I feel like him resigning will accomplish nothing at all. It’s not as if the next guy/gal is going to be any better/different.

There should be a rule that if someone leaves the Whitehouse they don’t get to be replaced. Then at some point (in the very near future at this rate) Rove, Cheney and finally Bush will have to step down.

Not a bad idea. In this particular case, nobody really would do a better job than Chimpy does.

I’m not sure what you mean by that… if you’re suggesting W should do every administrative function because he would be good at it you’re insane.

I think they should all resign. We currently have a lame-duck Administration with no credibility and to honesty.

If this were Japan they would have all committed hari-kiri and our problems would be over.
