If we get rid of government and taxes, then I will become a regional Warlord and will force people to pay to travel in my region or have one of my minions kill them.

Don't like it? Tough.

Smithers! Have the Rolling Stones killed!

The only way to truly fix the environment is to get rid of government fully and eliminate taxes entirely. Then the free market would make it so the most responsible companies would get ahead and save the environment. They would also pay the highest wages and have the best benefits because in the free market people will only work for companies that pay a lot (the minimum wage is always getting in the way of the free market actually paying the amount of money it should--which would be TONS). I expect that gay marriage wouldn't be an issue anymore either because the free market would make it so there weren't gay people as gay marriages aren't as efficient as straight marriages. Of course abortion would be a thing of the past because a free market would provide such a robust competitive environment that startup companies would be able to compete against abortions and people will stop having them. A lawless free-market system would also make scientists a lot more honest (those lying, sleazy scumbags-- all scientists are assholes). In a free market with no "government grants" scientists would have to compete for corporate funding which would keep them honest as in a law-less free market corporations would all be noble and honest.... OK I'm done.
