Gotta Love The Bush

First, we are in a war that can be compared to Vietnam, and Bush is going to Vietnam for trade relations. Is he trying to point out the fact that the side we were fighting beat the U.S., yet we can still be friends 30 years later, therefore we can one day be friends with Al-Qaeda? Funny to note, this is the first time he’s been to Vietnam, Lord knows he didn’t go there whilst serving in the Texas Air National Guard.

Then the White House displays the old flag of the Republic of Vietnam on its Web site in announcing the visit. Mind you, this flag hasn’t been used since 1975, when South Vietnam surrendered to the North. Whoopsie, time to get a new intern.
