I am only a 62% match with Jetta owners. I assume if I was more athletic I would match better.

The golden idols of our time are the TV and radio. They are the medium, the message, and the masters. We worship them.

Hamm's Beer was a #1 seller until they stopped advertising.

Like it or not, we all get kowtow to the media machines. Just ask the Swiftboat Vets.

I'm not convinced that "advertising" will always be effective. I firmly believe that the only advertisements that are (at least consciously) effective on myself are just product information communication. Put some frills on it and I get pissed, make it funny--I'll enjoy it but still be pissed that the company is wasting money on a commercial instead of dropping the price of their product.
